To make a Kir, add a small amount of Creme de Mure to the bottom of a wine glass, and add a light, dry white wine or sparkling wine (Cremant De Bourgogne Blanc Brut) or champagne. Aromas: Its vibrant palate offers a bouquet of the same fruity, raspberry flavours found on the nose. Taste: Offset by the sweetness, the alcohol remains discreetly in the background.
