Musk is extracted using pneumatic press and vinified in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation is achieved on all our wines. We still follow the traditional family wine-making to offer a well constant quality. Color: Salmon pink colour. Aromas: Really lovely Champagne. At 80% Chardonnay, it offers a very light colour with a lovely freshly-squeezed strawberry juice nose. It was well structured, yielding yeast, acid and fruit, plus a nice length. Taste: Champagne Michel Gonet Brut Rose is also a big Chardonnay-based wine, very soft, very elegant and a lovely drinking wine. Bottle Ageing: 1 year.
