JYMI Wines operates an honest, straight-up, no-quibble policy on Returns, Cancellations and Refunds!
If you are there when the delivery arrives -
If you are present when the delivery arrives, be sure to check the delivery in the presence of the shipper. If goods are damaged, short or in error, then do not sign for them. Ask the shipper to make a note of the problem and the goods will be returned with the shipper to JYMI Wines. We will then make good the order, or give you a full refund (goods plus shipping), whichever is preferable to you!
If there has been an Error in Shipment -
We do not like getting things wrong! If the goods you receive are not the same as stated on the Customer Invoice that was emailed to you when you first made the order, then call us at 063-90866, or email orders@jymiwines.com. As long as you take action within 7 working days of the delivery arriving, we will arrange everything, and make right your order, or give you a full refund (goods plus shipping), whichever is preferable to you!
Otherwise -
We will refund you whatever you send back to us that is still in saleable condition when we receive it! One or two conditions apply, so please read on.
- You MUST Email orders@jymiwines.com
with the following information:
- Your name and address and telephone number
- Your Order Number and Date of Order
- An inventory of what you are returning that you want a refund for
- Your email MUST reach us within 7 working days (ie excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays), this period to begin the day after the delivery arrives to your address
- We will arrange with you to pick up the goods (shipping charges will apply)
- When we get back the goods, you will recieve a refund for whatever we sent you that has been returned to us that is still in saleable condition. You will also recieve a pro rata refund on your original shipping costs - eg if you ordered 24 bottles and the shipping was €10, and you return 12 of those bottles in saleable condition, then the shipping refund will be €5.
No Cancellation or Refund of Gift Certificates
Sorry, but there is no refund or cancellation for Gift Certificates purchased on the JYMI Wines website.
Cancelling an Order Before Delivery
No problem! Contact JYMI Wines at 063-90866, or email orders@jymiwines.com
with the following information:
- Your name and address
- Your Order Number and Date
- How you paid - eg Credit Card online, cheque sent in post, or no payment yet made
- State that you want to cancel the order
We will cancel your order, and any payment that you have made. If you cancelled after you have received an Order Processed email from us, that means that unfortunately your delivery is already on the way. We will (if the delivery hasn't already been made), instruct our shipper to return the goods and you will be issued with a full refund (goods plus shipping)
