In addition, its high temperatures during the day and cool temperatures at night (due to the coastal influence) allow the maturation of tannins, the accumulation of residual sugar and the production of aromas and flavours of high intensity. Color: Intense ruby red, with some violet tones. Aromas: A lot of fruits such as prunes, blackcurrant, combined with toffee, chocolate and vanilla.. Taste: Complex bouquet with suggestions of cherry and vanilla, soft tannins appear mature giving it a good structure, balance and roundness. Barrel Ageing: 8 - 9 months.
